This is a kit to convert the Dacor SGM365 range from Natural Gas to Propane (LP). This range incorporates orifices for its 5 burners. The low heat function uses jets that produce a fuel stream that enables an ultra low BTU rating that is low enough to roll delicate gourmet sauces on all 5 top side burners. The regulator is convertible, so Natural Gas is rated at 4″ WC and LP is rated at 10″ WC.

These brass orifices and jets are a replacement for appliances that use male threaded orifices.

This set includes 5 orifices for a range with up to 5 burners. The low heat jets must also be swapped with the 5 supplied jets to enable an ultra low simmer heat.
